It is understood and agreed that the goods are supplied under the Mexzco standard payment terms.
Shipping And Handling Carriage
Carriage is charged at cost. Mainland UK deliveries over £75 inc. VAT are carriage paid.
Delivery Schedule
Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 5 business days. Mexzco will use its best efforts to supply the goods within this time period but time shall not be of the essence and the company will not be liable for delays. Goods will remain the property of Mexzco until payment of the goods has been received in full.
International Orders
Mexzco will deliver products to countries outside of the UK, but require all international customers to contact us first to check delivery charges.
Back Orders
Whilst Mexzco will endeavor to complete shipments in one delivery; it reserves the right to make part deliveries. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5% is included in all prices displayed on this website.Reaching Us

Returns Policy
Any claims on Mexzco for non-delivery, short deliveries, damaged goods or incorrect deliveries must be notified to the company within 7 working days of delivery. Damaged goods will be accepted back for credit or replacement provided that the customer returns the goods (in same condition as when supplied) within 7 working days of delivery.
Please note that all our items are unique handcrafted pieces, therefore any variation in size, shape, colour or finish are inherent characteristics of a hand crafted product.
Unfortunately, Mexzco cannot accept returns of earrings unless faulty; this is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
Although Mexzco prides itself on its high quality and endeavors to maintain a rigorous quality control of its products when defective goods are occasionally returned to us outside the 7 day time period, each case is individually assessed and generally results in a repair, replacement or credit.
Returns and/or shipping costs are non refundable.
